Ski Lift

We support safe and reliable lift construction through total engineering.

Overview

We provide total support from design to manufacturing, installation, test run, and final adjustments. We are working to achieve an environment-friendly construction through high-quality technology.

We can provide our original pair lifts, as well as the most advanced LEITNER POMA lifts and gondolas. Our many years of expertise enables us to propose lifts that meet the needs of our customers.

Features

  • Our experienced development and design staff, who have worked on numerous designs, will accurately meet the needs of our customers.
  • Machines and electricity are closely related.
  • We have the know-how and track record for both areas.
  • We bring together a wide range of technologies, including construction and maintenance of plant facilities as well as ropeways, construction of solar power generation systems, and crane manufacturing to respond with advanced technical capabilities.
  • With LEITNER POMA’s cutting-edge lifts, we make full use of our technology and construction capabilities to introduce safer and more comfortable lifts.

Records

We have a record of 146 units so far, including fixed and detachable grip lifts, gondola construction, renewal, and resort consulting.

Photovoltaic Power Systems

Overview

[Design]

We design solar power system capable of generating electricity at a rate of anywhere from 100 kW to over10 MW. Before starting design work, we inspect the site where a system is to be installed—rooftop of a building, level ground, hilly area, or in a lake. Based on the findings of this on-site investigation of a building’s structure, underground stability, depth of the lake, and the solidness of the lakebed, we create an installation map. Then we select from various options the panels and mounting systems that best meets the customer’s needs and budget.

[Installation]

We have installed a large number of solar systems with a combined power-generating capacity of more than 200 MW to date, including quite a few megawatt solar farms.

Power Receiving and Distributing Equipment

Overview

[Development and design]

We offer customers the most effective maintenance solutions—from design to installation—for their equipment not only based in Japan but for oversea companies as well.
Our service starts with inspecting existing equipment on site—instead of relying solely on design drawings. After evaluating the equipment’s performance under a variety of loads using a list of priorities defined by multiple parameters, we design more energy-efficient alternative and devise a work plan which minimizes installation time.

[Maintenance]

We provide end-to-end maintenance solutions for equipment—ranging from checking, diagnosing , and extending its life through to replacing it with a new unit—which enables customers to reduce their repair costs and capital expenditures and spread them evenly over several years.

Instrumentation and Control Systems

Overview

[Development and design]

We draw up basic designs for instrumentation and control systems which uses general-purpose PLCs and proprietary control systems supplied by Yokogawa Electric, Azbil, TMEIC, and other industrial instrumentation manufacturers. In addition, we create detailed designs for the hardware and software incorporated into those systems. We also have an in-house development environment for differential scanning calorimeters (DSCs) and general-purpose PLCs.

[Production and installation]

In our development environment, we incorporate an instrumentation and control system, including control panels and operator desks, and perform an integration test of its hardware and software components. After installing the system in a customer’s facility, we test-run it by starting it up, performing loop tests, and adjusting the proportional-integral (PI) control.

Electrical Control Systems

Overview

[Development and design]

Based on the wealth of technical expertise, we have accumulated for years in installing and refreshing electrical control systems at steel plants, we build high-performance and reasonably priced electrical control systems which meet the requirements of customers and operational processes by using general-purpose programmable logic controllers (PLCs), such as Mitsubishi MELSEC and Fuji MICREX-SX, open networks, and AC/DC drive systems.

[Production and installation]

We design and produce to customers’ specifications master control panels, inverter panels, hydraulic pressure control panels, operation panels, and other control panels as well as PLC software. Then we conduct an internal test using using our stringent quality-control procedures so that we can go on to install and test-run the systems in customers’ facilities within a compressed timeframe.

[Maintenance]

Using general-purpose PLCs and inverters instead of proprietary equipment supplied by heavy-machinery manufacturers enables us to obtain a replacement for failed equipment faster and for less, resulting in a shorter downtime for the system. Another benefit of using general-purpose equipment is that the system can be modified at lower cost.

Electrical Works

Overview

[Installation]

Commercial buildings and public facilities such as educational facilities, medical facilities, logistic facilities and transportation services must have fully functional electrical, air-conditioning, information and communication, and fire-fighting systems to enable people work and receive services in a safe, comfortable environment. Drawing on our extensive experience and solid track record as well as our engineering prowess, we install high-quality infrastructure systems in customers’ facilities to create a safe, comfortable environment.

[Maintenance]

We provide maintenance services for power receiving and distributing equipment installed in buildings and facilities.
